The main reason for this is unemployment and people are not aware of their health and they have less knowledge about food and nutrition.
As we know this is the big task for any government to overcome this situation, for this type of large population which has different cultures and different levels of life but as an organisation and humanity we are focusing on the health of the people which is essential to develop the lifestyle of a poor person , we are focusing on their development.
